Our program offers athletes the most comprehensive performance enhancement training in the Twin Cities Metro. Small Group Training Information

Our all-inclusive Premium Training Package gives your athlete unlimited access to all of our classes for just $49 per month after a one-time $100 activation fee.

All classes are small-group based and led by our team of qualified strength and conditioning coaches and experienced hockey skills trainers. Sessions are 45–50 minutes long and begin every hour on the hour from 4:00–8:00 PM.
